Article 1 Purpose

Article 3 Clarification, explanation, and amendment of terms and conditions, etc
① "Company" posts the contents of these terms and conditions, the name of the representative, the location of the business office, telephone number, imitation transmission number, e-mail address, business registration number, mail order number, and personal information management manager on the initial service screen (front). However, the contents of the terms and conditions can be viewed by the user through the connection screen.
② Before the user agrees to the terms and conditions, "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" shall provide a separate connection screen or pop-up screen to the user to understand important contents such as withdrawal of subscription, delivery liability, refund conditions, etc.
③ The "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" may be amended to the extent that it does not violate related laws such as the Consumer Protection Act in E-Commerce, the Regulation of Terms, the Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Electronic Transactions, the Electronic Signatures Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Information Protection, etc.
④ "LIMELIGHT APPAREL"If these terms and conditions are revised, the date of application and the reason for the revision shall be specified and announced on the initial screen of the mall along with the current terms and conditions from 7 days before the application date to the day before the application date. However, if the terms and conditions are changed against the user, it will be notified with a grace period of at least 30 days in advance. ⑤ "LIMELIGHT APPAREL"If these terms and conditions are amended, the revised terms and conditions apply only to contracts concluded after the date of application, and the previous terms and conditions apply to contracts already concluded before that date. However, if a user who has already signed a contract sends a message to "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" within the notice period of the revised terms and conditions under paragraph 3 and receives the consent of "LIMELIGHT APPAREL", the revised terms and conditions will apply.
⑥ Matters not prescribed in these terms and conditions and interpretations of these terms and conditions shall be governed by the Consumer Protection Act, the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, and the Consumer Protection Guidelines and related laws or regulations.
Article 4 Provision and modification of services
① "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" performs the following tasks.
1. Provision of information on goods or services and conclusion of purchase contracts

② "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" may change the contents of the goods or services to be provided by a contract to be concluded in the future in the event of a loss of goods or services or a change in technical specifications. In this case, the contents of the changed goods or services and the date of delivery shall be specified, and the contents of the current goods or services shall be immediately notified to the place where they are posted.
③ "LIMELIGHT APPAREL"If the contents of the service contracted with the user are changed due to the lack of goods, etc. or the change of technical specifications, the reason shall be immediately notified to the user at the address where it can be notified.
④ In the case of the preceding paragraph, "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" compensates the user for damages caused by this. However, this is not the case if the "Limit Apparel" proves that there is no intention or negligence.
Article 5 Suspension of Services
① "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of a repair inspection, replacement, failure, or loss of communication of information and communication facilities such as computers.
② "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" shall compensate the user or a third party for damages caused by the temporary suspension of the provision of services due to the reasons referred to in paragraph (1). However, this is not the case if "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" proves that there is no intention or negligence.
③ If the service cannot be provided due to the conversion of business items, abandonment of business, or integration between companies, "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" notifies the user in the manner prescribed in Article 8 and compensates the consumer according to the conditions originally suggested in "LIMELIGHT APPAREL". However, "LIMELIGHT APPAREL"If this compensation standard, etc. is not notified, the mileage or reserves of the users shall be paid to the users in kind or cash corresponding to the currency value used in the "LIMELIGHT APPAREL."
Article 6 Membership Registration
① The user says, "LIMELIGHT APPAREL"After filling out the membership information according to this registration form, I apply for membership by expressing my consent to these terms and conditions.
② "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" shall be registered as a member unless it falls under any of the following subparagraphs among users who have applied for membership as shown in paragraph (1).
1. Where an applicant for membership has previously lost his/her membership pursuant to Article 7 (3) of this Agreement, except where he/she has obtained consent to re-enrollment of the "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" as a person three years have passed since he/she lost his/her membership under Article 7 (3).
2. Where there is a false entry, omission of entry, or error in the registration

③ The time when the membership contract is established is when the consent of the "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" reaches the member.
④ If there is a change in the matters registered at the time of membership registration, the member shall notify the "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" of the change by revising the member information within a considerable period of time.
Article 7 Withdrawal of Membership and Loss of Qualifications, etc
① Members may request withdrawal from "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" at any time, and "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" immediately handles the withdrawal of membership.
② If a member falls under any of the following reasons, "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" may restrict and suspend his/her membership.
1. Where false information is registered at the time of application for membership
2. Payment for goods, etc. purchased using "LIMELIGHT APPAREL", other "LIMELIGHT APPAREL"Where a member fails to pay the debt borne by the member in relation to the use on the due date
3. Someone else's "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" In the case of threatening the order of e-commerce, such as obstruction of use or theft of such information
4. Where an act is prohibited by laws or these terms and conditions or contrary to public order and customs by using the "LIMELIGHT APPAREL"
③ "LIMELIGHT APPAREL"After limiting or suspending this membership, if the same act is repeated more than twice or the reason is not corrected within 30 days, the "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" may lose the membership.
④ "LIMELIGHT APPAREL"If you lose this membership, your membership registration will be canceled. In this case, the member shall be notified of this and given an opportunity to explain for at least 30 days before the membership registration is canceled.
Article 8 Notification to Members
① "LIMELIGHT APPAREL"In the event of notification of this member, the member may make it to the specified e-mail address in advance with the "LIMELIGHT APPAREL".
② "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" means "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" for at least one week upon notification to an unspecified number of members You can replace individual notifications by publishing them on the bulletin board. However, individual notifications are made for matters that have a significant impact on the transaction of the member himself.
Article 9 Application for Purchase and Consent to Provide Personal Information, etc

Article 10 Conclusion of a Contract
① "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" may refuse to accept a purchase application as in Article 9 if it falls under any of the following subparagraphs. However, in the case of signing a contract with a minor, the minor himself or the legal representative must be notified that the contract may be canceled unless the consent of the legal representative is obtained.
1. Where there are false statements, omission of description, or errors in the application
2. Where a minor purchases goods and services prohibited by the Juvenile Protection Act, such as cigarettes and alcohol

② The contract shall be deemed to have been established at the time when the consent of "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" reaches the user in the form of a notification of receipt under Article 12 (1).
③ The expression of consent of the "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" shall include information on confirmation of the user's purchase application, availability of sales, cancellation of correction of the purchase application, etc.
Article 11 Payment Method
Payment methods for goods or services purchased from "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" may be made by any of the following methods available. However, "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" cannot collect any nominal fee in addition to the payment of goods, etc. for the user's payment method.
1. Transfer of various accounts such as phone banking, Internet banking, mail banking, etc
2. Payment by various cards such as prepaid card, debit card, credit card, etc

Article 12 Notification of receipt confirmation, change of purchase application, and cancellation
① "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" notifies the user of the receipt confirmation when the user applies for a purchase.
② A user who has received a notification of receipt may request the change or cancellation of the purchase application immediately after receiving the notification of receipt, and the "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" shall be handled according to the request without delay. However, if the payment has already been made, the regulations on the withdrawal of subscription, etc. under Article 15 shall be followed.
Article 13 Supply of goods, etc
① "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" takes other necessary measures, such as custom-made and packaging, so that the user can deliver goods, etc. within seven days from the date of subscription, unless there is a separate agreement with the user regarding the timing of supply of goods, etc. However, "LIMELIGHT APPAREL"If all or part of the payment of goods, etc. has already been received, measures shall be taken within three business days from the date of receipt of all or part of the payment. At this time, "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" takes appropriate measures so that users can check the supply procedures and progress of goods, etc.
② "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" specifies the means of delivery, the person responsible for the delivery cost by means, and the delivery period by means for the goods purchased by the user. If "LIMELIGHT APPAREL"If the delivery period of this agreement is exceeded, the user's damage shall be compensated. However, this is not the case if "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" proves that there is no intention or negligence.
Article 14 Refund
"LIMELIGHT APPAREL" shall notify the user of the reason without delay when the goods, etc. requested by the user are unable to be delivered or provided due to sold out, and shall refund or take necessary measures within three business days from the date of receipt of the payment.
Article 15 Withdrawal of Subscription, etc
① A user who has signed a contract with "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" on the purchase of goods, etc. may withdraw the subscription within seven days from the date of receipt of the contract under Article 13 (2) of the Consumer Protection Act. However, if the withdrawal of subscription is otherwise stipulated in the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc. the provisions of the same Act shall apply.
② A user shall not return or exchange goods, etc. in any of the following cases when they are delivered.
1. Where goods, etc. are lost or damaged due to reasons responsible to the user (Provided, however, if the packaging, etc. is damaged to confirm the contents of goods, etc., the subscription may be withdrawn.)
2. Where the value of goods, etc. is significantly reduced due to the use or partial consumption of users
3. Where the value of goods, etc. has significantly decreased to the extent that resale is difficult due to the passage of time
4. Where it is possible to duplicate goods, etc. having the same performance, where the packaging of goods, etc., which are the original, is damaged
③ In the case of paragraph (2) 2 through 4, the user's withdrawal of subscription is not restricted unless the "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" has specified in advance that the withdrawal of subscription is restricted or measures such as providing trial products are provided.
④ Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraphs (1) and (2), if the contents of goods, etc. are different from the contents of the indication or advertisement, or are implemented differently from the contract, the user may withdraw the subscription within three months from the date of receiving the goods, etc.
Article 16 Effects of withdrawal of subscription, etc
① "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" shall refund the payment of goods, etc. already paid within three business days when goods, etc. are returned from the user. In this case, "LIMELIGHT APPAREL"If the refund of goods, etc. is delayed to this user, the delayed interest calculated by multiplying the delayed interest rate prescribed in Article 21-2 of the Enforcement Decree of the Consumer Protection Act in Electronic Commerce, etc. shall be paid.
② In refunding the above payment, "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" requests the business operator who provided the payment method to stop or cancel the claim for goods, etc. without delay when the user pays the payment by credit card or electronic currency.
③ In the case of withdrawal of subscription, the user shall bear the expenses necessary for the return of the supplied goods, etc. "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" does not claim a penalty or compensation for damages from users due to withdrawal of subscription. However, if the contents of goods, etc. are different from the contents of the indication or advertisement, or if the subscription is withdrawn due to different performance from the contents of the contract, the "mall" shall bear the cost of returning goods, etc.
④ When a user pays for the shipping cost when receiving goods, etc., "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" clearly indicates who pays the cost when withdrawing the subscription.
Article 17 Personal Information Protection
① "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" collects minimum personal information to the extent necessary for providing services when collecting personal information of users.
② "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" does not collect information necessary for the performance of the purchase contract in advance when signing up as a member. However, this is not the case when identification is required before the purchase contract for the performance of obligations under the relevant laws and regulations, and the minimum specific personal information is collected.
③ When "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" collects and uses the user's personal information, it notifies the user of its purpose and obtains consent.
④ "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" shall not use the collected personal information for any purpose other than the purpose, and if a new purpose of use occurs or is provided to a third party, the user shall be notified of the purpose and consent is obtained at the stage of use and provision. However, exceptions are made if the relevant laws and regulations stipulate otherwise.
⑤ "LIMELIGHT APPAREL"Where the user's consent is required under paragraphs 2 and 3, the personal information management manager's identity (affiliated, name and phone number, other contact information), the purpose of collecting and using information, and the information to be provided to third parties.
⑥ Users can request access and error correction of their personal information held by "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" at any time, and "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" is obligated to take necessary measures without delay. If a user requests correction of an error, "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" will not use the personal information until the error is corrected.
⑦ To protect personal information, "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" shall limit the number of users who handle personal information to a minimum and shall be fully responsible for the loss, theft, leakage, provision, alteration of personal information of users, including credit cards and bank accounts.
⑧ "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" Or, when a third party who has received personal information from it achieves the purpose of collecting or receiving personal information, the relevant personal information shall be destroyed without delay.
⑨ "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" does not set the consent box for the collection, use, and provision of personal information to be selected in advance. In addition, services restricted when users refuse to agree to collect, use, and provide personal information are specifically specified, and the provision of services such as membership registration is not restricted or rejected on the grounds of the user's refusal to collect, use, and provide personal information.
Article 18 Obligations of "LIMELIGHT APPAREL"
① "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" shall do not act prohibited by laws and regulations or contrary to public order and customs, and shall do its best to provide goods and services continuously and stably as prescribed by these terms and conditions.
② "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" shall have a security system to protect users' personal information (including credit information) so that users can safely use Internet services.
③ "LIMELIGHT APPAREL"If a user suffers damage by unfair labeling or advertising activities prescribed in Article 3 of the Fair Labeling and Advertising Act on this product or service, he/she shall be liable for compensation.
④ "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" does not send commercial e-mails that users do not want.
Article 19 Obligations of members to their IDs and passwords
① Except in the case of Article 17, the member is responsible for managing the ID and password.
② Members should not allow third parties to use their IDs and passwords.
③ If a member has his or her ID and password stolen or recognized that it is being used by a third party, he or she should immediately notify the "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" and follow the instructions of the "LIMELIGHT APPAREL".
Article 20 Obligations of Users
Users must not do the following.
1. Registration of false information at the time of application or change
2. the theft of information from others' information
3. Changes to information published in "LIMELIGHT APPAREL"
4. "LIMELIGHT APPAREL"Transmission or posting of information (computer programs, etc.) other than the information prescribed by this
5. "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" Other infringements on intellectual property rights, such as copyrights of third parties
6. "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" Any other act that damages the reputation of a third party or interferes with the work of a third party
7. Disclosure or posting of obscene or violent messages, images, voices, or other information contrary to public order in the mall
Article 21 Restrictions on the Attribution and Use of Copyright
① Copyright and other intellectual property rights to works created by "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" belong to "LIMELIGHT APPAREL".
② Users shall not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or use the information obtained by using the "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" to which intellectual property rights belong to the "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" for profit or to a third party without the prior consent of the "LIMELIGHT APPAREL".
③ "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" shall notify the relevant user of the use of copyright attributed to the user in accordance with the agreement.
Article 22 Dispute Resolution
① "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" establishes and operates a damage compensation handling organization to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and to compensate for the damage.
② "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" handles complaints and opinions submitted by users preferentially. However, if it is difficult to process quickly, the user will be notified of the reason and processing schedule immediately.
③ Where a user applies for damage relief in connection with an e-commerce dispute between the "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" and the user, it may be subject to mediation by the Fair Trade Commission or the dispute mediation agency requested by the city or provincial governor.
Article 23 Jurisdiction and Applicable Acts
① A lawsuit concerning an e-commerce dispute between "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" and a user shall be subject to the address of the user at the time of the complaint, and if there is no address, the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the residence. However, if the address or residence of the user is not clear at the time of filing the complaint, or if a foreign resident is a foreign resident, it is filed with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
② Korean law applies to e-commerce lawsuits filed between "LIMELIGHT APPAREL" and users.
